1. Shipping Damage: We have done our best to make sure our product arrives to you undamaged and your order is complete. Certain procedures need to be followed for your protection. Within 24 Hours fax 402-210-2380 or call 877-623-3263 if you have a damaged item from shipping. Once the carrier inspects the damage and a claim is issued credit or replacement will follow.
2. Returns of unopened or opened items, in like new condition, in the original box with all of the instructions and warranties, accompanied by the original invoice, returned within 15 days will not be charged a re-stocking fee. Return shipping is at buyers' expense.
Please call 877-623-3263 or email us at markeugene@cox.net so a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be issued so your account is credited correctly.
3. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to any opened items, in like new condition, returned after 15 days and must be in the original box with all the instructions and warranties. Return shipping is at buyers' expense
4. Keep your invoice in a safe place.
Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that could be up to two years on some products from date of purchase. If the item needs to be sent back during that time period, it will be by you at your expense, directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair after the above time frame.
Special Orders: All special orders require a 25% deposit at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee a delivery date of a special order item. If the order is cancelled after placement of the order, the deposit will be forfeited by the buyer.
